Good news awaits for Apple Fans.  A new version of the 12-inch MacBook Air could be launch in the first quarter of 2016. Reports said that the much-anticipated device will be slimmer compared to its predecessors. Aside from MacBook Air, we will also give details about the MacBook Pro 2016.

Let's start with Air, Apple fans believe the release of the MacBook Air 2016 is high likely to happen at the scheduled Worldwide Developers Conference 2016, which will be held in the third quarter of the year.

Apple Inc. initially announced that MacBook Air 2016 will hit the market this November, but it did not happen. The company reportedly delayed the release until spring of 2016 to make leeway for iPad Pro sales, as per Latinos Post published.

Adding to the release date speculations, Taiwan's Economic Daily News published that the tech giant will indeed release the MacBook Air 2016 next year.

The features of the latest MacBook Air will have minor upgrades. The brand-new version of the premium laptop is expected to boast a more elegant and functional form than the 2015 version.

While the MacBook Air 2015 had smallar body, the next year's MacBook will reportedly come in two versions. Apple users can choose from a 13-inch model and a 15-inch one. In addition, the latest models are also expected to be slimmer.

The interior of the new MacBook Air will house an Intel Skylake processor and Apple's OS X El Capitan operating system.  In addition, it will sport an improved graphics, RAM capacity and battery life.

Users will also have tough security features in the latest laptop from Apple. 2016 Air is set to have a new biometric scan feature for making online Apple Pay payments. It will also have the Touch ID within its Trackpad, together with Force Touch upgrade.

On the other hand, Australia Network News published an allegedly leaked photo of 15-Inch MacBook Pro 2016.

It is a 15-inch variant which appears to be much sleeker than the current MacBook models in the markets. Furthermore, it showed-off a Jupiter wallpaper which is seen on the iPad Pro promotional images. But there is no denying that the product is out of focus.

Apple fans may get to see the launch of the much-awaited product during the company's Worldwide Developers Conference which will be held in June 2016.
