Popular sports video game franchises are now teasing their fans on what to expect this year. From wrestling to football game, gamers will have plenty of options. It is reported developer Visual Concepts and EA Sports are now preparing to release the sequel of WWE 2K, NBA 2K and FIFA game series later this year.

To begin let's start with what's new in WWE 2k17. Well-known painter Rob Schamberger surprised many fans during E3 2016 by drawing three playable characters of the WWE 2k17. A post on Twitter revealed John Cena, Ultimate Warrior and Sasha Banks are in the wall painting. While we previously reported Goldberg will be part of the game as a DLC character, a new rumor suggested WWE Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose might the cover star of WWE 2K17.

The Twitter page of WWE 2K17 announced the cover reveal will happen on June 27. This falls on Monday, so interested gamers should tune into Raw to find who will be the cover star this year.

As early as now, gamers can pre-order the WWE 2k17 for just $59.99. Early buyers will get two skins for Goldberg. The game itself might become available on October for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

For NBA 2K17, NBA 2K Manager Ronnie Singh revealed new features of the game in the Season 2 finale of NBA 2KTV. He said the successor of NBA 2k16 will have much better and even more accurate face scan app. Players can make use of their smartphones to have better face scan results. It is also said the next NBA game will introduce the biggest amount of signature animations and new shoes.

NBA 2k17 will be released worldwide on September 20, 2016, for PS4, XBO One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. For early buyers, they will get the game four days earlier. The Standard Edition is priced at $59.99, and it comes with 5,000 Virtual Currency, Paul George Free Agent card and more.

For FIFA 17, its three new flagship features are improved gameplay, new story mode and the introduction of Frostbite game engine. The latter is expected to bring improvements to the game's graphic and animation. Regarding gameplay, the matches are more physical and grueling.

Redbull reported FIFA's new story mode was called The Journey. It is an improved Player Career that follows the story of Alex Hunter. The new story mode is a fully-fledged narrative dictated by player's decision.

EA's FIFA 17 will be released on September 27. It will be playable on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.
