"Dancing With the Stars" kicked off the show's 19th season last night with "Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson wowing the judges with her impressive dancing skills.

As parents Willie and Korie Robertson watched in the audience, the 17-year-old model cha cha'd with partner Mark Ballas, dancing her way to 34 points--the second highest score for the night.

"Duckling no more! Here we have a bird of paradise," stated judge Bruno Tonioli.

Judge Carrie Ann Inaba added, "You're a star, honey. You don't even know it yet."

Sadie, along with her "Duck Dynasty" family, is known for her Christian beliefs and commitment to prayer. In footage aired on "Dancing With the Stars" prior to her performance, she is shown praying with her family.

"We pray that Sadie does well in this competition," prayed Willie. "In Christ's name, Amen."

Saide is not afraid to share her faith with her fans via social media as well; before going onstage, she referenced Ecclesiastes 3:4, NIV, tweeting, "a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. Prior to heading to L.A. to film the show, she published a photo of a Christian devotional her mother bought her, writing, "Packing for [L.A.] thank you @bosshogswife for my devotional book to take with me. God comes with me no matter where I go."

In choosing outfits for her DWTS performances, Sadie makes sure her dresses are "daddy-approved."

"Oh, he approved it," she told judges when asked if Willie had given the go-ahead to her outfit. "Daddy's gonna see all the costumes before we go out."

Sadie also emphasizes the importance of modesty to young girls offscreen, recently launching her own clothing line "to encourage modesty in a culture where fashion trends are often contrary to the ways of the Lord."

Last year, the starlet started a YouTube channel called "The New Different" in which she shares fashion tips and Biblical advice with fans.

"Dancing With the Stars" airs every Monday night on ABC, and season 6 of "Duck Dynasty" is currently airing on A&E.
