And while we await to get our hands on the latest 2K Sports's NBA 2K16, 2K Games has unveiled a new trailer featuring Curry.

Gotta Be Mobile said that the new trailer released by game publisher 2K Games for NBA 2K16 focuses on Curry and his career. Stephen "Steph" Curry made quite a name for himself last season playing for the Golden State Warriors and helping them win the team win the NBA Finals. Since Steph is on the cover the game along with James Harden and Anthony Davis, it is pretty smart to focus the trailer on this one player.

The trailer shows Steph in front of a long shadow of a hoop, and there is narration about going "beyond the shadows". From there, it is clips of Steph playing basketball as a kid in high school gyms and other courts. From there, it goes pretty serious showing Steph's journey to make it in the NBA.

Since its release, the "Beyond The Shadows" trailer has generated nearly 600,000 views in just a few days. Director Spike Lee narrated the new trailer.

Jeff Thomas, Vice President of Sports Development at Visual Concepts said that Lee would provide fresh insights to the NBA 2K16's game story, reported the Denver Post. "It wasn't a hard sell," Thomas added. "Spike was really receptive when I first met with him. He actually said to us, 'It's about time I worked with 2K.' He loves basketball, and this is a new frontier for him."

Thomas said that the developers of NBA 2K16 wanted to provide a game that can be played by all ages. He said, "We make an E-rated game. It's an NBA licensed project and obviously the NBA cares a lot about their brand and makes sure we stick within those boundaries. Spike understood that from the get-go, but he didn't take his foot off the gas because of that. He still brought the drama."

And even as the release date of the NBA 2K16 is nearing, 2K Games is reported to be adding new features into the game, including major changes to make it more exciting.

Bleacher Report said that the NBA 2k16 would include Pro-Am feature to the MyPlayer mode for full customizable feature that will result in a better gaming experience.

Reports also indicated that other notable NBA stars would appear on the covers of NBA 2K16, including New Orleans Pelicans Anthony Davis and Houston Rockets James Harden.

The latest NBA 2K 16 will also introduce new dribbling feature as its UPS, there are also 16 new dunks from all the best players.
