Pokemon Z Legendary Zygarde Has Five Forms; Oct. 29 Premiere of Pokemon XY & Z Makes Release Date of Pokemon Z 'Nearer'

Japanese magazine CoroCoro has released its latest edition revealing fresh details about the popular anime series Pokémon XY & Z which also provided more hints about the release date of the much anticipated video game, Pokemon Z.

Pokemon-dedicated web site Serebii said that CoroCoro also provided a leaked image of Zygarde as well as the character's five forms. Zygarde is third legendary mascot Pokemon from Pokemon X and Y.

The web site stated, "Normal Zygarde is at 50% and is called Zygarde 50% Forme. The dog like form is when it is at 10% and is called Zygarde 10% Forme. It has sharp teeth and speed. The blob is the cell, or Zygarde Core and becomes the brain of every form. The flat form is called Zygarde Cell."

It added, "New large form is called Zygarde Perfect Forme and retains its Dragon/Ground-type. It is the Order Pokémon and is 4.5m tall and 610kg and is said to exceed Xerneas and Yveltal in power. The new Anime series called Pokémon XY & Z is to come with Mega Evolution Act 4 starting on October 29th. It also reveals a new look for Greninja, labelling it 'Ash Greninja.' The magazine mentions that it looks sort of like Ash's clothes."

The magazine did not offer more information on how Zygarde and his many forms will be made available during battle. But we can assume that we will get more details about Zygarde in the upcoming Pokemon XY &Z anime series so just stay tuned for more information.

With no announcement of a new Pokémon game for this holiday season, all signs seem to point that there will be a new Pokemon game for 2015. There doesn't seem to be a release date on the long-awaited Pokemon Z as yet.

However, Seribii also revealed earlier this week about the release of the Pokemon GO for iOS and Android devices. The brand new game is intended as a supplement reality game for iOS and Android devices next year that will allow players to catch Pokemon in the real world.

According to the report, the Pokemon GO would be launched coinciding with the release of the Pokemon Go Plus with a unique feature of using Bluetooth connection to alert a player when a Pokemon is within range or nearby. Another unique feature of the game is its trading feature that will enable players to trade or swap their Pokemon just like in the main games of the series.

It was also revealed that Pokken Tournament would be introduced next year as an exclusive Pokemon video game on Wii U. Bandai Namco developed the Pokken Tournament, a fight game where players can control several Pokemon's while fighting each other during the tournament. The tournament also promises a unique format from other fighting games that will make it more exciting.

Custom Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon Plates Coming to 3DS

To celebrate the launch of Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, Nintendo is coming out with a series of limited edition plates that shows official artwork from the game. Nintendo Life kindly posted the beautiful cover on their site.

Nintendo has not said when the plates will go on sale, or whether it will be exported to the overseas market. Even so, foreign consumers can still use the web to buy products straight from Japan.
