Good news for gamers out there, creators of Mortal Kombat X will reveal this week the four new fighters that will be included in DLC pack 2 of the game. Also, expect new game stages, characters skins and classic arenas.

The four new characters will be revealed during the Game Awards 2015 event, which will happen on Dec. 3 to Dec. 5. However, it is still unclear whether game developers will announce all new four characters or just couple of them, according to GameRant.  .

Previously, game creator Ed Boon said he will not include the "Teen Age Mutant Ninja Turtles" in the update. The creator also does not want to see Batman or Superman's head get mutilated in the game.

For cartoonist Todd McFarlane, he wants to add "Spawn" in the new DLC pack.

Aside from new characters, fans are hoping to learn more about what Boon had been teasing about the additions of Kombat DLC Pack 2. He previously said the latest update will have new character skins, battle arenas, and even a "Jurassic Park" characters.

The "Jurassic Park" fighters remain a mystery whether the game developer is alluding it to human or dinosaur characters, but gamers are excited to see this new in-game feature. It is also interesting to note that the first Mortal Kombat DLC pack characters came from movie characters such as "Tremor" and "Predator."

Some excited fans listed the possible characters for the new Kombat Pack. Some of the possible characters are Ghost Face, Michael Meyers, Marcos Fenix and The Joker.

Furthermore, a tweet from Boon seems to show that old fighters like Drahmin and Havik could resurface as playable characters in the new update.

Going back to McFarlane's statement that says he wants Spawn to be part of Mortal Kombat X, the creator had given Warner Brothers permission to use his character. As of now, there is no official announcement from Warner Brothers and NetherRealm if they will include Spawn.

Rumors about the release date of Kombat Pack 2 said it will happen in April 2016. However, there is no official confirmation from NetherRealm as of today. Hopefully, they will finally announce it in the Game Awards along with new characters.

In a review from PlayStation Universe, it says the Mortal Kombat X is an extremely violent fighting game that is unrivalled when it comes to its over-the-top gore and violence. NetherRealm Studios handled the game violence level very effectively, and they have creative ways to present the in-game battles. Gamers can finish off opponents with style and leave them a bloody, gory mess.
