NBA 2K16 December 2015 and January 2016 Locker Codes and Patch; Lots of All-star Players, Marvel and Christmas-Themed Jerseys

The NBA 2K16 Christmas Jerseys. 2K Games

It has been a good year for 2K Sports after releasing NBA 2K16 to players on the PC, Xbox One, and PS4 this past September.  The month of December has allowed the company to put out some excellent locker codes that can be used to redeem a lot of great content in the game, including some All-Star and current NBA players.  In addition, there are also Christmas jerseys as well as soon to be released apparel based on Marvel comics characters.  This is everything that is known about the NBA 2K16 December 2015 and January 2016 Locker Codes and Patch.

According to the Vine Report, a catalog of locker codes and brand new apparels are now available to be used for NBA 2K16.  This new set of locker codes allows players the opportunity to be some iconic pro ballers from the NBA along with some current champions.

Here are the codes for the current Hall of Fame players:

85285-A1J16-S4OP6-EIO4R-DXSJ6 - Hassan Whiteside

PJHK3-E122X-LEZ9J-4VOWS-TS62R - Kristaps Porzingis

GSUM3-ESARX-GXD3T-S3QJQ-FIETU - Shaquille O'Neil

FZV7P-FQ9SU-SRNZZ-9AB27-9ZUUT - Michael Jordan

XFQDT-TMQ6Z-I1TM6-8Q8J5-WNJGQ - Isaiah Thomas

Q1585-CPEWU-HZNWY-WK2EW-V1E4C - Karl Malone

ZG9QQ-VYAVK-I2ZUD-TU2VL-ZFYLQ - Larry Bird

There are also some codes for future Hall of Famers that are still currently playing this season:

9BUQS-QTKDU-ASYJU-3W183-QVXBC - LeBron James

NXYJ4-WQCRD-C2DQN-S36GF-TJMZ4 - Stephen Curry

WR9KL-6NQ9Z-CWWGF-MVG4C-T3L8P - Paul George

AMIB1-95PFL-FD7LB-DQXHX-S7RBT- Carmelo Anthony

In addition to these Hall of Fame and current popular NBA basketball stars, 2K Sports is collaborating with Marvel, the ones that make the comic books and the movies.  There will soon be new codes for what will be some "superhero themed apparels".  This will presumably allow a player to dress in an outfit that looks like superheroes like The Punisher, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, or even a minion from Hydra.

There isn't much information on when the superhero apparels will be coming, but the fourth patch dropped recently.  The fixes include better celebration/interaction of teammates once a free throw is made as well as decreasing the frequency of missed alley-oop and put back dunks when a player is open. The patch also will show correct records and rep levels for the players in the My Park loading screen, and there was apparently also a problem with the color of socks on away games.

According to The Bit Bag, NBA 2K16 has a special Christmas code, allowing the player to gain some bonus items by entering 2KTVMELOGEAR, AIRCRAFTCARRIER and RA9M5-EQZCF-2EYQQ-IF5AF-UEP51.  Also, the player can gain the classic blue, red, and white ABA basketball by typing PAYRESPECT as a code.

There is also a report from NBA 2K Wishlist that Christmas Jerseys have been added to NBA 2K16 for all 30 teams.  This is a roster update that applies to teams that aren't playing on December 25th

It is recommended that NBA 2K16 players constantly check the Twitter account @NBA2K to see what other updates are available, especially in January 2016.
