Get ready for the return of one of the most popular games in the world. Street Fighter comes back on gaming consoles, and it features new characters to play, an improved battle system and revamped graphics. Now, we'll give you everything you need to know about Street Fighter V on PlayStation 4 and PC release date, review and features.

Street Fighter 5 becomes available at 00:00 on 16 February 2016. The game is playable on PS4 and PC. There's still no official word from Capcom if the game will be available on Xbox. However, some people believe that the game developer would eventually release the game on Xbox One to avoid disappointments from avid fans and players.

Gamers can get the Street Fighter 5 from Stream for the price of £44.99 or from the PlayStation Store with £49.99 price tag. The boxed copy of the game is available on GameStop (£49.97) or Amazon UK (£37.99 PC, £40 PS4).

One of the interesting additions in the Street Fighter V is its new graphic system. Capcom, the game developer, reportedly toned down the cartoonish appearance of the game. Powered by the latest Unreal 4 engine, the new Street fighter game has improved color palette and beautifully animated backgrounds.

The battle system also got its upgrades. The game developer simplified the game's control system to make it accessible for the first-time players. Focus Attacks, a Street Fighter IV feature, are gone and replaced by V-trigger, which lets players enter a state of heightened effectiveness in battle.

The all-new V-Skill, V-Trigger, and V- Reversal are now executable by just pressing the medium punch and kick buttons together. For the Ultra Combo Attacks, the game developer opted to retain its control system.

Aside from new battle system, Street Fighter 5 has new playable fighters. Get ready to play as Birdie, the chain wielding, lumbering character and Charlie Nash who comes back after being killed in previous games. Moreover, the fan favorites Ryu, Chun Li, M Bison and Cammy are included in the game.

According to PC Advisor, six characters would be added in the game's post-launch, bringing the total count up to 22 by the beginning of 2017.

In a review from IGN, it says Street Fighter 5 boasts a wonderful, diverse cast of characters, and it places a clear emphasis on strong fundamental play. The reviewer also praised the game's V-system, which is a welcome addition for new players.

Street Fighter 5 got 8/10 score from the gaming website.
