Latest on GTA 6 rumors Rockstar

There seems to be a lot of chatter about Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 5, as it could have some downloadable content (DLC) coming.  Apparently, the signs are there, but it doesn't look like GTA 6 will be coming anytime soon.  So how can Rockstar games follow-up their hit GTA 5 game with a follow-up?  With some interesting new features.

According to iDigitalTimes, Rockstar might have something big in store for GTA players.  Part of it has to do with back-to-back 2X RP and 2X GTA $ events that include "Till Death Do Us Part" and "Contact Missions", which is usually a sign of advance GTA DLC updates.

Then there is a tweet by a tipster named @Yan2295 with a weird message of "[12] 2 6 [3] 3 15#GTAOnline #DLC." Then another GTA 5 tipster named TEZFunz2 (aka FunMW2) with a response that got promptly taken down:  "#Yan2295 #March15 #GTA DLC? shh!"  Then it was promptly replaced:  "Yan2295 #March11 #GTA Something will happen? Shh!"

So, this FunMW2 has supplied a lot of good leaks on DLC in the past, and helped leak out a lot of information on the major GTA Online Heist update.  Not only that, the double money "Versus Missions" will end on March 10, which means March 11 could be a good release date for a sudden DLC update.

Some are saying that this next DLC could be Lowriders Part 2 which could deliver some west coast variations for the following cars like Faction, Minivan, Sabre GT, Slam Van, Tornado, and Virgo.

As big as this DLC is, it probably is not GTA 6.    Neurogadget has some ideas of what GTA 6 could have.  For example, there is the possibility of a Cheat Mode, which could make the player invulnerable or unlimited ammo and blow up everything.  Then there is also the possibility of a female protagonist, which is something that fans have been wanting for a long time.

As far as the gameplay is concerned, one thing that could be changed is the possibility of a simpler way to run other than constantly pushing a button.   It would also be good to have bigger missions in story mode and bring back the hit Director mode.  There also has a source confirming that Shatta Wales "KAKAI" is a song that will be on the GTA V follow-up.

There are rumors from N4BB that GTA 6 probably won't be out for another three years.  Considering that the game was released in 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3, and then another release for the PS4 and Xbox One in 2014, and then it is only a matter of time.  A new GTA game comes out every five years, sort of like next generation consoles.
