So, Google has had its I/O Developers conference, where they announced the newest version of their operating system with Android N.  This means that it has been a year since Android M (also known as version 6.0 or Marshmallow), and so far, there is a lot of the newer devices like the ones from Samsung which have it.  This is the latest news about the Android M Version 6.0 Marshmallow and Android N Release Date for Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, S6 Edge +, Note 5, Note 4, and S5 on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and Sprint. 

It's not like Samsung is having a problem getting out Android M.  The current flagship, the Galaxy S7, has Marshmallow right out of the box, and this goes for the flagship from a year ago with the S6, S6 Edge, and the S6 Plus.  For those that have those devices on Verizon, T-Mobile,  Sprint, US Cellular, and AT&T.  The most recent were AT&T, which means that it is pretty much covered by all carriers. 

As for the flagship phablet with the Galaxy Note 5, some things have changed since we reported about it last week.  There was an issue with some technical problems when it came to Sprint and Verizon, but it looks like it finally came to T-Mobile, according to Android Authority.    Unfortunately, there isn't many words on the phablet from last year with the Note 4, but it has come to Sprint and International versions.  This goes for the Note Edge, which received its upgrade to Marshmallow on Sprint.

As for the Galaxy S5, the flagship phone from over two years ago, it would appear that Sprint has it, and I've heard that the Verizon has it as well.  It looks like it will come to other carriers eventually.  This is not going to be the case for the Galaxy S4 and S3, who won't be getting any upgrades.  There is also the Galaxy A7, Galaxy A8, Galaxy J3, Galaxy Alpha, and Galaxy Tab S2 will receive the Marshmallow upgrade. 

Users of more recent Samsung devices are encouraged to check your "Settings" and "System Updates" to see if Marshmallow is ready to download.  This upgrade might not be ready depending on your U.S. carrier, as it has been shown that certain carriers receive the Android upgrade before others, with no real pattern. 

When it comes to Android N, it is going to be coming to Samsung products, and it probably will come up with everything up to the S6 and above.  It probably won't be coming out until around the holidays, and that is being pretty optimistic.
