Apple iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro Launch Event Live Stream, Specs, Prices on Sept. 9th Keynote Event

As earlier reported, Cupertino, California-based Apple will be launching its latest products during its annual event on Wednesday, September 9, including the much-anticipated iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4.

And of recent rumored photos are to be believed, the upcoming iPad Mini 4 tablet could be the thinnest model yet.

According to 9To5Mac, the tech giant's event on Wednesday is touted to be its largest event in history and will be held at the 7000-seater Bill Graham auditorium in San Francisco. Besides the iPad tablets, Apple is also expected to unveil its latest iPhone models, the new Apple TV sset top box, and improved Apple Watch.

A separate report by Empowered News indicated that Apple would be introducing the latest large-sized iPad series in order to reverse six straight quarters of declining revenues. Apple's income is primarily generated from iPhone sales. The company is hoping the new iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4 would add to its revenues.

iPad Pro Specs, Price

As stated, the iPad Pro will be a large-sized,12.9-inch tablet and "will sport a Force Touch based screen, coupled with a stylus which apparently will 'not look like a traditional' stylus. Building on the new pressure levels that iPad's display will be able to recognize thanks to the Force Touch technology, enhanced drawing and designing tools will open up for the new tablet," WCCF Tech reported.

The new Apple tablet is capable of 2,732 x 2,048 pixels resolution but its design aspect is similar to that of the iPad Air with a very thin bezel.

 It was said that Apple's new tablet has design aspects borrowed from the iPad Air, and it will likely have a very thin bezel.

iPhone Hacks commented, "It is still unclear if Apple will indeed unveil the iPad Pro at its September 9 event next week or not. Multiple reports have claimed that the tablet will not be shipped in September, though it will be unveiled at Apple's September 9 event itself. The tablet will likely ship in November with iOS 9.1 pre-installed. Reports also claim that Apple is working on a Bluetooth keyboard for the tablet, though other details about it are not known as of now,"

According to 9to5Mac the iPad Pro will start at $1,000 for its base unit and will start shipping in November but pre-order will be accepted starting October.

iPad Mini 4 Specs, Price

The latest iPad model may feature a high-resolution display screen along with speakers on its sides. The iPad 4 Mini is expected to be faster and slimmer compared to the current model. It is also expected to hit the shelves in November.

The iPad Mini 4 will have the thinner dimension and design elements of the iPad Air 2. Other reports also pointed out that the device might come with Air 2's internal specs such as an A8 chipset and 802.11ac Wi-Fi connectivity.

The iPad mini 4 is expected to be priced around $399 per unit in line with current prices of the iPad mini 3.
