Asus revealed the three models of the Zenfone 3 at the Computex Taipei. Each of the Zenfone 3 models has unique features. The standard Zenfone 3 is poised as a mainstream phone with decent specs at a low price; the Zenfone 3 Deluxe features 23-MP camera and powerful specs; and the the Zenfone 3 Ultra boasts gigantic screen with entertainment-centric features.

 Now, here's what is currently known about Zen Fone 3 release date, price, availability and specs.

The Regular Zenfone 3

Let's start with the low-end Zenfone 3 model. This variant fits perfectly to user's hand. Also, its body feels secure and comfortable. The screen features a 5.5-inch LCD display with 500 nits of brightness, making the device readable even under sunlight. Inside, it has Snapdragon 625 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

The standard ZenFone 3 comes with mid-range camera features. There's a 16-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing snapper. It is also packed with 3000mah of battery capacity with USB-C 2.0 and a fingerprint sensor.

This base model is priced at $249

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe

This variant has aluminum unibody construction and a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display. It is also protected with Gorilla Glass 4. One of the most talked-about features of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe is its whopping 23-megapixel camera.

The phone's camera technology boasts ASUS TriTech autofocus system, which is capable to focus on moving objects at a rate of 0.03 seconds. In addition, it has Sony's latest IMX318 image sensor and the 3-axis EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). For selfies, it has 8-megapixel front facing snapper.

Furthermore, the device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, which is partnered with 6GB of RAM.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe has $499 price tag.

The ZenFone 3 Ultra

The top-spec variant of ZenFone 3 sports enormous a 6.8-inch screen with Full HD display. Asus also installed a 4K TV processor inside the phone. Its display produces at around 324 pixels per inch to make images sharp. Additionally, Ultra's other entertainment-centric features include two bass-rich five-magnet speakers and DTS 7.1 headphone audio. The latter enhances user's movie-watching experience.

Because the device is design for entertainment, it has a massive 4,600 mAh battery.

In terms of processing power, the device is fueled with Snapdragon 625 SoC and 4GB of RAM. In addition, it has 64GB built-in storage that can be expanded via microSD card.

The ZenFone 3 Ultra costs $479.

As of now, Asus has not yet revealed the official release date of the ZenFone 3 models. CNET suggested the devices might become available in mid-June.
