Samsung's Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are now available for pre-order through U.S. carriers and the manufacturer, but Best Buy would like to sweeten the deal if you choose to pre-order through the electronic retail giant by offering an extra incentive.

From now until the S6 launches on April 10, Best Buy is offering a free wireless charging pad from Samsung (a $59.99 value) for anyone who pre-orders and purchases one of the new Samsung phones.

This wireless charging pad not only charges compatible Samsung phones, but also other Qi-compatible devices without the use of wires of plug-ins. Simply place the device on the pad and it will automatically charge the battery.

The S6 and S6 Edge can be used as they are for the wireless charging technology, but you can also use older Samsung phones like the Galaxy S5, S4, Note 4, Note Edge, and Note 3 as long as they're equipped with a special wireless charging battery cover.

In addition to the free wireless charging pad offer, Best Buy is also allowing customers to test and try both the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge right in the store before it's available. These test units are available in all Samsung Experience Shops at Best Buy stores and at all Best Buy Mobile specialty stores.

Samsung's Galaxy S6 features a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display running at 1440 x 2560 resolution (577 pixels per inch). The smartphone is powered by Samsung's in-house Exynos 7420 CPU, 3 GB LPDDR4 RAM, and is available with 32, 64, or 128 GB of storage space.

The 16-megapixel rear camera can fire off a 2160-pixel video at 30 frames-per-second or full HD 1080p at 60 frames-per-second. It also features Auto HDR, optical image stabilization, tracking autofocus, manual focus, and LED flash. The 5-megapixel front camera is also quite impressive with 1080p capability at 30 frames-per-second and auto HDR.

The S6 Edge has identical specs, but also features a curved-edge display that is the first of its kind. The metal-framed S6 and S6 Edge will both come loaded with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop standard.

Reviews for both the S6 and S6 Edge are mostly positive for the early test models. Trusted Reviews calls the S6 "one of the best-looking phones Samsung has built" while CNN calls it the "phone for people who ate Apple."

"Though it's undeniably better than previous Galaxy S phones, there's nothing terribly original about the S6's design either," the review says. "All smartphones kind of look like one another these days, but it's as if Samsung's team purposefully designed the Galaxy S6 to be an iPhone for people who hate Apple."
