'Clash Royale', Follow-Up To 'Clash Of Clans', Release Date: US Launch Coming Very Soon

Millions of gamers around the world play Supercell's "Clash of Clans," so there is no doubt that it is one of the most popular online games last year. Now, the developers want to ride that success to venture into another game. Get ready to play another real-time competitive strategy game called Clash Royale. Here's what we know so far about the game's release date, features and contents.

According to the Verge, Clash Royale has soft-launched on iOs in several countries, such as Iceland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Hong Kong, Australia, Sweden and New Zealand. However, Supercell has not yet announced the game's US release date. Some gamers from Reddit predicted that the US release of Clash Royale would happen 5-8 months from now.

We also searched on Google Play about its possible release date, but the site does contain any information. Moreover, it is possible that the developers are building the demand for the game until they release it worldwide. By doing so, every player can compete with each other from different parts of the globe.

Clash Royale lets player collect cards that represent various characters and spells, and then use those specialized cards to fight other players in real time. The whole gaming is experience is set in the Clash of Clans universe, but developers stressed that Clash Royale and Clash of Clans are two separate games.

"There are currently no developers working on both Clash Royale and Clash of Clans," according to Supercell's official website. The developers added that they plan to improve both games separately.

Clash of Clans was first released in 2013, and it earned more than 1 billion in revenue. The game recently had a publicity boost with a commercial from movie star James Corden Christoph Waltz.

Players recently received an update last December that introduced Town Hall 11 and the Third Hero, and the game will most certainly have more updates this year to make it better and exciting.
