Walt Disney is now releasing ticket sales of what is to be the largest most-decorated lineup of contemporary Christian music talent in the event's 22-year history -- Night of Joy, to be held at the Walt Disney World Resort this September.

The event includes 24 acts spread across three consecutive evenings Sept. 9-11. Featuring will be Gospel Music Association Dove Award and Grammy Awarded Artists, including three-time artist-of-the-year Michael W. Smith, six-time Steven Curtis Chapman, two-time female vocalist-of-the-year winners CeCe Winans and Jaci Velasquez, king of contemporary Gospel Kirk Franklin, three-time group-of-the-yearThird Day, three-time 4Him, and two-time winner Jars of Clay and Point of Grace.

Yet, that is not even half of the lineup, which also is showing 2004 new-artist-of-the-year and male-vocalist-of-the-year Jeremy Camp, Avalon, Rebecca St. James, Salvador, FFH, Mark Schultz, Skillet, Joy Williams, Stryper, 12 Stones, SONICFLOOd, downhere, Across the Sky, Jump 5 and Warren Barfield.

Seventeen out of the 24 Night of Joy acts were nominated for Dove Awards in 2004, and six acts topped by Jeremy Camp were honored at the ceremonies April 28 in Nashville.

Song of the year honorees are downhere's "Breaking Me Down" for Modern Rock, Avalon's "Everything To Me" for Inspirational, and CeCe Winans' "Hallelujah Praise" for Contemporary Gospel.

Album-of-the-year honorees included Third Day for Offerings II - All I Have to Give (Praise and Worship category) and Salvador for Con Poder (Spanish Language category).

New to the lineup, headed by Jeremy Camp, is also Across the Sky, Mark Schultz, FFH, Skillet, SONICFLOOd, Warren Barfield and 12 Stones. Since 1983, a total of 96 different acts have been showcased at Night of Joy which hallmarks musical diversity -- Rock, Pop, Alternative, Gospel, Urban and Latin styles showcased.
