‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Willie Robertson, Bethany Hamilton, Justin Bieber’s Mom to Speak at Liberty University

Liberty University announced its convocation speakers and schedule for the Fall 2013 semester.

TV and film producer Kirk Cameron will speak to students on Sept 23, followed by 'Duck Dynasty' star Willie Robertson on Sept 27. On Sept 30, popular singer Justin Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette, will also share on campus.

Students also will hear from professional surfer Bethany Hamilton, whose story was depicted in the movie "Soul Surfer," on Oct 16.

Other prominent speakers include John Piper, founder of Desiring God, author and pastor; Naghmeh Abedini, wife of Iranian-American pastor imprisoned in Iran; Pete Wilson, founder and senior pastor of Cross Point Church.

The Convocation is held within the Vines Center at Liberty University during each semester, which hosts to more than 80 guest speakers of national significance from every sphere of society.
