Bethesda set to release mods for Fallout 4 this June

Game Developer Bethesda announced Fallout 4 Mods will be released to Xbox One on May 31. These new add-ons will make the apocalyptic role-playing game exciting. It is reported Xbox One players will have access to hundreds of Fallout 4 mods. Now, here the latest update about Fallout 4 MOD release date, features, and download. We'll also give reviews about the recently launched Far Harbor DLC.

Bethesda revealed Fallout 4 players will receive more than 500 mods next week. To install the add-ons, players just have to find "Mods" from the menu. After they linked their Bethesda.net account, they can choose which mods they want. Check this link the see the Fallout 4 mods.

Furthermore, when a player uses a Mod, the game creates a new save. So, there will be two saves on the menu: the original and the modded save. This feature is very helpful because if something goes wrong with the mod, players can still revert to their regular, non-mod save game.

GameSpot reported there was a limit on downloading Mods.  Players can only get 2GB of mods.  However, Bethesda hints they may increase that download limit at some point.

Mods are game add-ons that can change various aspects of a game, and it can make playing time more exciting. These game enhancements also came from the gaming community. Community developers can upload their mods to the Bethesda's mods page.

Some of the upcoming Fallout 4 mods are Conquest, Alien Assault Rifle and Snap'n Build.  These game additions will help players make better structures and better settlements.

For PlayStation 4 users, they can also download Fallout 4 mods. Bethesda has not yet confirmed its firm release date, but it is expected to happen sometime next month.

Meanwhile, let's check what reviewers say the about the recently released Far Harbor DLC, which is considered as Fallout 4's first major expansion. The expansion pack adds a huge new location to the game. It also introduces new quests, characters, weapons and enemies.

Furthermore, it is the first expansion pack that takes players place outside the Commonwealth, Fallout 4's take on a post-apocalyptic Boston.

A review from The Verge says Far Harbor's strongest element is its story. Over the course of its 12-hour gameplay, players have to uncover every secret to see all possible moral outcomes. Also, interactions with Far Harbor's three main factions will force players to make a challenging decision.

Far Harbor expansion is available now for $24.99.
