Bethesda set to release mods for Fallout 4 this June

Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls 6 are two highly-anticipated games that have yet to see a release date confirmation. Luckily, Bethesda Softworks has publically acknowledged that Fallout 4 is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The same cannot be said for Elders Scroll VI, which sadly remains in the collective imagination of an ever desperate fan-base.

Bethesda Live Stream May Reveal More Fallout 4 Details

On June 14 at 7pm PST, Bethesda will host a press conference that viewers can watch on Twitch live-stream. At the event, important questions will be raised and answered - revealing tantalizing clues concerning Fallout 4.

Hopefully, someone from the live audience will ask about release date details. Bethesda has so far remained quiet regarding this detail. Still, Amazon and GameStop are using December 31, 2015 as placeholder release dates on their pre-order pages. Naturally, this information will be updated when Bethesda formally announces the Fallout 4 launch schedule sometime later this year.

At this time, players can preorder Fallout 4 on all three confirmed platforms for $59.99. Available editions include PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Those who have not done so can check out the official Fallout 4 trailer:

The Bethesda press conference comes two days before E3 2015 starts. Also called the Electronic Entertainment Expo, the gathering will be held on June 16-18 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. E3 showcases some of the latest videogames either in development or about to be released. To register, visit the official E3 2015 website.

Elder Scrolls VI in Existential Limbo

Bethesda's Elder Scrolls series is still awaiting a worthy next-installment. Like its Fallout brethren, the fantasy-themed franchise commands a massive following.

One loyal aficionado blew $50,000 by turning his basement into an Elder Scrolls tavern - complete with waterfall shower, sparring arena, secret passageways, weapons, armor and potions. This expensive home remodeling is covered in detail by BarcroftTV.

Meanwhile, the greater concern amongst fans is whether Bethesda is actually working on the next Elder Scrolls. Tentatively dubbed Elder Scrolls VI by the fan-base, the game has yet to see any formal announcement from Bethesda.

Nonetheless, silence has a way with breeding rumors. A number of websites have speculated on an early 2016 launch date. However, this sounds ludicrous considering the amount of time it takes to develop a videogame. Bethesda has just started promoting Fallout 4, which means Elder Scrolls VI may still be years away from ever seeing the light of day.
