Fast and Furious 8
Coming Summer 2017.

The Fast and Furious 7 earned more than $1 billion worldwide, so it is not surprising fans are asking about its next sequel. The ending of Furious 7 raised some burning questions. Will Paul Walker appear in the next movie installment? Let's find out. Now, here's the latest round up of update about the next Fast And Furious movie.

In the last Fast and Furious, Paul Walker appeared in the final moments of the film through Computer-generated imagery (CGI) technology. But in the next installment it will not happen again. NBC Universal Vice-Chairman Ron Meyer said even if Paul would not appear in the Furious 8, it doesn't mean the show can't go on.

The 8th Fast and Furious is said to have more explosive cars and thrilling storyline.

Based on the movie's first poster, Vin Diesel's crew would shift their mission to the streets of New York City, which could be an exciting thing to watch. The Fast and Furious movies have always been an L.A.-based franchise, but the next installment will feature midtown Manhattan traffic.

Furthermore, Iceland Monitor reported fans spotted a transporter full of cars in the Mývatn area of North Iceland.  The transporter contains Lamborghini Murciélagos, Subaru Imprezas and one Rally Fighter.  Some fans believe these cars will make an appearance in the upcoming Fast and the Furious movie.  As of now, the filming at Mývatn is scheduled to take eight weeks and preparations are well under way.

According to sources, at least one of the cars is destined to plunge through the ice on Mývatn lake.

Meanwhile, TMZ said the filming of Fast & Furious 8 in Iceland took a life. A horse named Jupiter is reportedly died near the set of the movie after a fake iceberg was blown by gale force winds. Also, another horse was injured. The cast and crew are safe from the incident.

As for the casting, Cinemablend said rumors suggest Eva Mendes's character, U.S. Customs Agent Monica Fuentes, could be brought back into the story. In the last Furious movie, viewers learned Dom runs criminal circles that involve the federal government. This storyline could open up several opportunities for Monica Fuentes.

It is expected that Fast and Furious 8 will hit theaters on April 14. 2017. The 8th installment of the popular movie franchise will feature Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, and Ludacris.
