Fear the Walking Dead Season 2
Fear the Walking Dead Season 2 will air its second season of 15 episodes in two parts, beginning with the first of seven episodes this April.

After the successful airing of Fear the Walking Dead Season 1, fans are curious to know what would happen in the next season.  After months of speculation and anticipation, AMC has finally revealed the premiere date of Fear the Walking Dead season 2.

According to USA Today, Fear the Walking Dead Season 2 is set to air on April 10 (9 p.m. ET/PT). As part of a premiere date announcement, AMC released a new nautically oriented photo for the upcoming season. The new season of the series, which is about a zombie apocalypse that happened in Los Angeles, will consist of 15 episodes, with seven running in the spring and eight later in the year.

Some curious viewers also asked who won't back for Season 2. According to Cinemablend, the only main character who met her maker before the season 1 ends was Griselda Salazar. After she had her foot amputed at the field hospital, Griselda went into a septic shock. After that, her brain began to swell and she eventually died. In order to prevent her from becoming a zombie, Liza Ortiz shot her in the head with a cattle gun.  Griselda's corpse was later cremated.

As of now, it is hard to gauge what will happen in the Season 2. It is expected that the zombie infection will spread out in Los Angeles and will continue throughout the rest of the world. Moreover, Victor Strand got his boat named Abigail, so maybe the next season will head out to the sea.

There are also rumors that Season 2 will match up to The Walking Dead timeline, at least at the point when Rick wakes up from his coma. However, it is still not clear how the show will progress from that point.

The second season of Fear the Walking Dead could also answer the question of fans as to why the survivors did not retreat on waters at the start of the zombie infection.

Furthermore, there is a semi-spinoff coming to AMC in the form of Flight 462, which is a sixteen-part mini-series. The show is about a zombie outbreak on an airplane during midflight. What makes the show interesting is that one of its survivors will become a new character in Fear the Walking Dead Season 2

With that information, let's wait and see how the story will unfold when Fear the Walking Dead Season 2 premiers on April 10.
