Forza Motorsport 6 for Xbox One Update: Microsoft Details 11 Cars Coming Via Fast and Furious DLC Pack

A total of 11 vehicles will be coming to Forza Motorsport 6 via the Fast & Furious 6 car pack.  Xbox.com

Microsoft has confirmed that upcoming racing video game Forza Motorsport 6 will receive 11 bonus cars as part of a new Fast & Furious downloadable content (DLC). The car pack will come with the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of the Xbox One game at no extra cost.

These editions are the more expensive versions of Forza Motorsport 6 developed by Turn 10 Studios. Players who are planning to pick up the game once it arrives next month will be pleased to know that several car models will be coming to the popular racing game. The following vehicles had appeared on the Fast & Furious film franchise over the years.

  •  1969 Dodge Charger Fast & Furious Edition
  •  1970 Ford Escort RS1600 Fast & Furious Edition
  •  2014 Terradyne Gurkha LAPV F5 Fast & Furious Edition
  •  1963 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Fast & Furious Edition
  •  1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Fast & Furious Edition
  •  1995 Toyota Supra RZ Fast & Furious Edition
  •  1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R Fast & Furious Edition
  •  2002 Nissan Fairlady Z Fast & Furious Edition
  •  2001 Honda S2000 Fast & Furious Edition

These playable automobiles are included in the Fast & Furious car pack which will be available for free to those who will purchase the $100 Forza Motorsport 6 Ultimate Edition and the $80 Deluxe Edition.

The title's standard edition will sell for $60. Microsoft mentioned that the car pack can be bought separately but has not shared details about its price.

Forza Motorsport 6 for Xbox One will be released on September 15. For Forza fans who cannot wait to get their hands on the game, a free demo version is already available for download. Players who downloaded the demo will also get a Ford GT once the full game has been purchased.

Furthermore, Microsoft shared that the Forza 6 demo will also kick off the "Forza Fuel Challenge." Demo players who will participate in this contest will get a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Circuit of the Americas in Texas to experience the "ultimate Forza challenge."

The Xbox team will choose three of the fastest (virtual) drivers from Canada, France, Germany, the U.K., and the U.S. Two demo players will be selected based on their lap times in the Forza Fuel Rivals challenge while the last winner will be a random wild card selection.
