The Republican presidential candidates will once again meet for another round of debates on Thursday as the Feb. 1 Iowa caucuses loom ever closer. Their first meeting this year will happen in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Here's what you need to know about the Thursday's GOP debate:

Time: Programming begins at 6 p.m. ET for the undercard debate and 9 p.m. ET for primary debate

TV: Fox Business Network

Live Stream: FoxBusiness.com (free live online streaming)

Mobile: Fox News App or Fox News Elections app

Location: The North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center in North Charleston, S.C.

According to USA Today, both debates will be broadcasted live on Fox Business Network. Not only that, the network collaborated with cable and satellite providers to allow more access to the debate. Viewers can see the event regardless of their cable subscription.

The upcoming debate will be a little different from the previous meeting, which was held in Las Vegas on Dec. 15. Fox Business Network said Republican candidates George Pataki and Lindsey Graham will be out of the presidential race.

This time, the network used different criteria to determine the participants in the Thursday's debate. Rather than a top-10 in polls approach, as some debate sponsors have done, or a minimum polling figure threshold, as has also been used, Fox Network said candidates had to place among the top six nationally or in the top 5 in an average of polls in either Iowa or New Hampshire.

The business network recognized 17 polls during the selection process of the candidates. The surveys that were used are listed here.

The prime-time debate is set to feature certain candidates like Businessman Donald Trump, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, and neurosurgeon Ben Carson.

On other hand, Republican candidates such as businessperson Carly Fiorina, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, and Sen. Rick Santorum is set to appear in the undercard debate.

The moderators of the primary debate will be Neil Cavuto and Maria Bartiromo while Trish Regan and Sandra Smith will moderate the undercard debate.

The candidates are expected to talk about economic, domestic and international policy issues, according to Fox Business Network. The Thursday's debate will be the second primary debate for the network, which hosted Republican's November debate that garnered a record 13.5 million viewers.
