GTA 5 Online Freemode New DLC Release Date, Rockstar Editor for PS4 and Xbox One

New York City-based game developer and publisher Rockstar Games, which brought us the one of the most successful video game franchises, has just ended its four-day Labor Day Weekend Sales and offered gamers  a frenzy of promotional discounts and freebies, but already fans are being treated with new contents and DLC releases this month.

YouTuber and tipster MrBossFTW shared several key features that gamers can expect in possible GTA 5 Online's September update with Rockstar promising Rockstar Editor. Here are some of the tips shared by MrBossFTW:

  • Fourth Garage: GTA 5 Online needs a fourth garage with a new style and shape, making it unique.
  • Addition of More Free Mode Events: That will help players to build their player character with some personality - good and bad like being a vigilante.
  • Better Notification System: Rockstar needs to have a notification system that is better and which will not take up much of the screen space.
  • Snapmatic or Apartment Upgrades: Putting snapmatic photos inside the apartment like hanging them as a painting.
  • Freedom in clothing: There should be more freedom to choose clothing and its accessories, there have been some restrictions regarding combinations and so on and they should not be there.

Rockstar also announced the release of The Rockstar Editor for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles is the latest downloadable update for Grand Theft Auto 5 and GTA Online. The developer has confirmed this news that fans on Xbox One and PS4 will be able to receive new update in September.

The following are the new features set to be included for the Rockstar Editor which would also be available for PC users:

  • The Ambient Audio and Sound Effects Library adds ambient and atmospheric sound design with a library of audio tracks and sound effects.
  • Snapmatic Integration enables to export still frame at a marker point straight to Snapmatic.
  • Director Mode Updates is an enlarged minimap with location blips to highlight preset locations, the power to freeze chosen time of day settings, and the ability to spawn air as well as water vehicles.
  • Copy and Paste Marker Properties will copy and paste audio settings from any marker to another marker in the clip.
  • New Fonts will feature more style options for titles and credits tripling the library of available fonts.

Amongst the discounts provided by Rockstar during the Labor Day Weekend are: 25% discount on all aircrafts and Double GTA Money and RPs for all the Air Races and Parachuting Jobs are offered; 25% discounts on whole gamut of 'high-performance vehicles' in inventory and land races will grant players Double GTA Money and RPs payouts; 25% off at Docktease and sea races will give out Double GTA Money and RPs payouts to players; and 25% Discounts on all stock at Warstock Cache & Carry and deathmatches will award players Double GTA Money and RPs payouts.

On Monday, Rockstar also offered a 25% off their entire stock on urban warfare compliments of Warstock Cache & Carry and earn 2X RP & GTA$ payouts in all Deathmatches.
