As GTA 6 is reported to be in the works, rumors suggest that the game will feature a larger map. There is also a speculation that Osama Bin Laden will be one of the characters in the upcoming game. Now, here's what is currently known about GTA 6 release date, characters and maps.

The upcoming GTA 6 is rumored to feature a huge map, which is a combination of all locations from the first Grand Theft Auto title up to the latest one. According to Neurogadget, there is a Reddit user known as VermillionDemonFox that reported the rumor about this huge map. If it is true, it will be the largest map in the GTA franchise. It is also reported that players will have an opportunity to visit all locations in the game.

Furthermore, the Reddit user stated that the San Andreas will be placed in the southwest of the rumored map, and will cradle Las Venturas. San Francisco will be replaced by San Fiero in the northern part of San Andreas. Then, the most famous locale in GTA, Vice City, will be at the right of Las Venturas. Lastly, Liberty City will be at the top of Vice City.

There is also a speculation that the deceased leader of Al-Qaeda might become one of the characters in GTA 6. According to N4BB, the gameplay of the upcoming GTA might include players battling against the infamous terror leader along with its allies. Moreover, the game might also feature various events in its chapters, along with people like Osama Bin Laden. Other characters are yet to be revealed.

As for the protagonist, several tech websites have reported the game will feature a female character voiced by Eva Mendes. On the contrary, there are also reports that a male character will be the protagonist in the game. It is rumored that Ryan Gosling will voice it.

Rockstar has managed to keep silent over issues concerning the much-anticipated GTA installment. Although reports suggested that the game is already in the works, the game developer has neither denied nor confirmed the GTA 6's actual existence.

As for the release date, industry experts believe Grand Theft Auto 6 will be launched for PS5 and Xbox Two sometime between 2018 to 2020.  We'll give more update as soon as we know more. Stay tuned for more info.
