HONG KONG- Thousands of Christians in Hong Kong gathered at the Hong Kong Stadium to join the world in prayers on the Pentecost Sunday.

As part of the Global Day of Prayer 2006- a worldwide prayer movement- the event emphasized unity in Christ that goes beyond the difference in nationalities, races, colors and languages. The renowned gospel Christian artist Steven Curtis Chapman came from the United States to lead the praise in Hong Kong.

Last year similar event was held on May 15 and has attracted thousands of people as well.
