The Rockets defeated the Boston Celtics on Monday with a 104-92 win. Chandler Parsons have stepped up as one of the three main scoring leaders in Houston. Meanwhile, Dwight Howard has shown signs of getting back his explosiveness in low posts.

James Harden tied a season high with 38 points in last week's 113-99 win over the Lakers. And Howard added 20 points and 13 rebounds. They were trailed by a basket in the third quarter before scoring 17-2 to take an 80-67 lead and roll to victory.

Against the Celtics on Saturday, Howard scored 32 points, grabbed 11 rebounded/ Jeremy Lin recorded 16 points and nine assists. Harden scored 16 points, and Parsons returned from a three-game absence and put down 14 points.

The Pelicans will try to break a six-game losing streak as they play Southwest Division rivals. They haven't won since January 3 in Boston. The main reason is attributed to the injury of leading scorer Ryan Anderson, who suffered a herniated disc and could perhaps be out for the season.

On Saturday, the Pelicans were flying, but weren't able to hold off the San Antonio Spurs. They lost at home, 101-95.

Rockets vs. Pelicans game will be televised on Comcast SportsNet Houston (CSNH) and Fox Sports New Orleans (FSNO).
