Jeremy Lin has expressed his gratitude for the support of his fans throughout the 2012-2013 NBA season, honoring them with a Fan Appreciation Week beginning June 3. Scheduled events throughout the week include art and Instagram contests, a multiple choice quiz, and two question and answer sessions with the Houston Rockets’ point guard.

Jeremy said that the support of his fans has been a steady encouragement for him throughout the season. The Rockets went to the first round of the NBA playoffs after concluding their regular season with a 45-37 Win-Loss record, and Jeremy averaged 6.1 assists and 13.4 points per game.

Contest winners will receive a variety of autographed memorabilia from the NBA player throughout the week. Jeremy offers his gratefulness for the support he has received, saying “I have the most passionate, enthusiastic and creative fans ever and this week I want to take the time to thank you guys for everything you do for me!!” The Fan Appreciation Week will kick off tonight with a Q-and-A on Facebook at 6 p.m. PST.
