Rumors that Anna Duggar might be pregnant with her fifth child with Josh Duggar will not stop. In a new photo posted on the Duggar family's website, speculations intensify that Anna is pregnant because she appears to have a tiny baby bump in the photo.

As the family's return to TV is around the corner with the full season of "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," the family is also stepping up on its promotion activities. While there is no direct mention of the controversial Josh Duggar's role in the upcoming show, the family can be seen pushing the idea that everything is fine between Josh and Anna. The new photo is said to be the family's way to show that Anna bore no hard feelings over Josh and is still very much part of the family.

In the photo, a smiling Anna sporting a loose striped sweater can be seen giving a thumbs up. The picture, however, if scrutinized closely, will show Anna seemingly with a baby bump. Here's a recent photo of Anna Duggar and a few of the kids chowing down on tacos," read the caption. "A handful of Jim Bob and Michelle's kids enjoy Mexican cuisine."

According to the Examiner, this just might be the family's way of driving up the excitement for the show as well. "The Duggars know how to play the media game: Photographing Anna in a loose sweater from a distance will no doubt generate numerous "Is she pregnant or not?" headlines," the Examiner reported.

After all, many people are still interested to find out what the effects of Josh's actions revealed last year are. If a photo hints that Anna is possibly pregnant, everyone is likely to tune in to find out how it happened and why Anna let it happen.

It is not enough that Anna already addressed the scandals and shared that she is standing by her husband no matter what on her blog post.  "Many have asked how I am doing. So many have asked that it's actually humbling and touching. 2015 was the most difficult year of my life. Yet, amazingly I've found that in my own life crisis God has drawn near to me ("He's near to the brokenhearted" Psalms 34:18) and my faith has been more precious to me than ever before. Just recently I visited Josh. It was an important step on a long difficult road. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and your messages of hope. I can never express how your kindness and prayers have brought encouragement when I needed it most-outpacing the grief and discouragement at every turn. I trust that God will continue to show His love and tenderness toward us and bring beauty from ashes-somehow-as only He can do. Please continue to pray for me, Josh and our children," she wrote.
