She will appear featuring some of her singles at the renown 2004 Christian Booksellers Association International Convention (CBA) in Atlanta today on June 26, 2004.
The awards ceremony, a free event sponsored by Christian Retailing magazine, will take place on Tuesday, June 29, at the Omni Hotel Grand Ballroom and will be open to all CBA convention attendees. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Giguere is the premiere artist for Nashville-based indie label Elkader Court Music and has been turning heads in the Christian music community since her official debut at the 2004 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Week, where she performed alongside Cross Driven Records recording artists Margaret Becker and Kelly Minter, mainstream Americana artist Bill Miller and members of Salvador at the 6h Annual McCain & Co. Guitar Pull.
"Newcomer Katie Giguere blew the doors off with her first radio single, "Bringin' Me Hope," said Lifeway.com of Giguere's performance at the Guitar Pull. Respected music journalist Barry Smades agreed, saying, "Giguere has a stunning voice and a strong devotion for using her talent for her Lord. She was a sincere delight and created instant fans of everyone in the room."
Giguere's first single, "Bringin' Me Hope," is currently playing on INSPO radio stations across the nation.
