The second pregnancy of Kim Kardashian, 34, with her equally controversial husband Kanye West, 39, is reported to be putting a strain in their marriage as the Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star is suspecting Kanye of cheating, according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

Last week, the web site revealed that Kim is starting to act like a real diva and has become emotional and insecure as her belly expands and has threatened West with a divorce.

The web site quoted a source as saying, "Kim is freaking out because her and Kanye's sex life went from 100 to 0, overnight. As soon as she was pregnant, Kanye had literally no interest in her physically anymore. She feels used, she used to brag about how many times they had sex in a day when they were trying to conceive and now that has stopped. Kim feels like Kanye basically is not attracted to her any more, and the only reason he was having sex with her was because he wanted a baby - not because he wanted her."

The rumor was further ignited after GLOBE Magazine disclosed that the newly-installed $750,000 floating bed in the couple's bedroom is not providing its desired effect of reigniting the couple's sex life. In fact, the magazine said the couple has not been spending much time on the bed as Kanye has lost his libido with his pregnant wife.

Although the source admitted that Kim's suspicion "may seem a little far-fetched and ridiculous" because she has yet to provide proof that Kanye is indeed cheating on her.

Kanye West Reacts to Rumors Kim is Faking Her Pregnancy

Meanwhile, Kanye has reacted strongly to rumors that his wife Kim is faking her second pregnancy. In an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife.com, a source said that Kanye considers the rumor as a real "slap in the face."

The insider told the web site, "Kanye hates that people are buzzing about Kim faking her pregnancy. He's an extremely proud father and loves that he's having another baby with Kim. Especially after all the trouble they had to get pregnant. He considers these rumors to be a serious slap to the face. He loves publicity, but this is too close to his heart for him to overlook."

Already, Kanye is planning on some moves to completely silence the rumor.

"He is really pushing her to do a big extravagant nude photo shoot. He thinks Kim is the world's sexiest woman even when she's pregnant. He wants to silence all the fake pregnancy talk while also showing off how smoking hot his wife is," the insider added.

"Kanye loves to show Kim off and make other men drool and thinks this is a great way to do it. He wants to really go all out with it, nothing like Demi Moore's simple shoot. He wants to do it in a really stunning location like at the Grand Canyon with dramatic lighting," the source said.
