‘Kingdom Hearts 3’ and ‘Final Fantasy 15’ Release Dates; ‘KH 3’ Delay Could be Because of Disney, ‘FF 15’ Will Be Revealed Soon

Final Fantasy XV
Final Fantasy XV is finally coming in September 2016.

If there is one thing that fans of video games look forward to, its video games that should be out, but are not.  Examples include Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda for the Wii U, as well as two intellectual properties from Square Enix, Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy 15.  There is some news about why there is a delay of Kingdom Hearts 3, and there will be more known about Final Fantasy 15 very soon.

One of the reasons why Kingdom Hearts 3 has been delayed so long could be the relationship between Disney and the game developers.  The Parent Herald reports that the two companies have difficulties working together.  For those that aren't aware of the game franchise, Kingdom Hearts often features licensed Disney characters and Disney worlds.

The rumors even go so far to say that there was once a TV show in development based on Kingdom Hearts, but it has been canned.  The news comes from Kevin Monroe who once worked on a TV adaptation of the adventures of Sora (the main character of the Kingdom Hearts series).  Monroe was once involved in the creation of a Jungle Book world, and it is possible that a Jungle Book world could appear in Kingdom Hearts 3

Of course, this would be an animated Jungle Book world, made even more complicated due to the Jungle Book live-action movie that Disney is releasing this year.

As for the release date of the game, Vine Report states that a pre-order on Amazon shows it by December 2016.  The issue is it is probably just a placeholder as many video games, including Final Fantasy 15, have had that type of "shipping before December 31" label before.  What makes it interesting is how Amazon says that it will be released on December 30, 2016, which seems odd as Kingdom Hearts 3 was expected to arrive in 2017.

As for the actual release date of Final Fantasy 15, that is still a mystery, but it is one that will be solved soon with the Final Fantasy event.  In fact, Ecumenical News reports that Miss Universe winner Pia Wurtzbach was invited to this event, but she did not confirm her invitation.

Other than that, there isn't a lot of news about Final Fantasy 15, except that this Final Fantasy big event is happening on March 30, where Square Enix will host an event that will most likely announce the release date.  Those that want to livestream or watch the event online can do so through Square Enix YouTube and Twitch channels.

The Bit Bag reports that Square Enix will reportedly release new information about Final Fantasy 15 twice a week.  This information will come in the form of a blog, and one written in Japanese, but it will give updates on Tuesday and Friday.  Fans are also encouraged to check out the official Twitter account and YouTube channel.
