The latest rumors about the MacBook Pro 2016 seem to focus on whether it will come with a Touch Screen feature. While other analysts believe that Apple will finally proceed in this direction, Apple allegedly squashed these rumors.

According to Yibada, Apple rejected the idea of including touch screen on Macbook Pro 2016. The tech giant allegedly believes that their touchpad is powerful enough to provide all the touch capabilities desired and needed by their users.

Gotta Be Mobile also claimed that the Macbook Pro 2016 will have the Force Touch Trackpad, making a touch screen feature unnecessary. "The Force Touch trackpad lets you tap to bring up a menu or hover over an item, while a hard press would select an item. Essentially, the trackpad doubles its capabilities this way, and it gets this technology from the Apple Watch, which was the first Apple product to incorporate Force Touch," the site predicts.

MacBook Pro is said to be released by March. However, there are also new reports that this date is too near already. As such, it might be launched at a later date. Most likely, it will be unveiled with other highly-anticipated Apple products, such as the iPhone 5Se, iPad Air 3, and Apple Watch 2, BGR reported.

Regardless of whether it will come by March or later this year, users can expect the model to be worth the wait. Rumors have it that the MacBook Pro 2016 is going to be powered by the Intel's 6th generation micro-architecture, Skylake Chipset. With this chipset, the overall performance of the laptop model will be sleeker, smoother, and overall just better. The MacBook Pro's already amazing battery life will be further improved.

In addition, even as Apple's laptops with Retina display are more than satisfactory already, those who will be upgrading to Macbook Pro 2016 can expect it to be so much pleasing to the eyes. Many reports claimed that it might come with a 4K display.

Other rumors also asserted that this top of the line laptop model will come with innovative features such as the USB Type C connection port and the Thunderbold port. Like its current flagship phones iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, the Macbook Pro 2016 might also have the Force Touch Technology.

With all these amazing features, fans will be hard pressed to ignore the MacBook Pro 2016 just because it does not have a touch screen feature. However, for how long the company can resist adding this feature is questionable, especially if more laptop brands can see the marketability of this feature.
