Tuesday, December 22^nd brought us another episode of Married At First Sight. This episode brings us to finishing up the honeymoons of our three newlywed couples who have known each other for all of about three to five days now. The previous episode left us with awkwardness in all three relationships. Have things improved at all for any of them?

First, we get a peek at things between Ashley and David. David is thrilled to be married and says he can't stop playing with his wedding ring. Ashley seems to still be very guarded and unwilling to open up around David. He continues to have a warm heart and does his best to try to build their relationship. Ashley is asking him for a night off by herself when they go back.

Every joke or attempt to talk while they are driving to Sedona for a helicopter tour is responded to by a cold shoulder. He cannot read her- even though he says he is a great judge of character and body language. Ashley admits to the camera that she still isn't attracted to David, and she hasn't told him that yet.

She admits it to him later, and David tries to take it the best way by allowing her space(her own bed) and tried to remain positive. Dr. Logan Levkoff, the sex expert, gives them advice to try to get them physical contact. She suggests giving each other a manicure, which leads to more awkward moments. David says it's like they're in seventh grade, and she's afraid he'll give her cooties.

Over dinner, she becomes a little more positive and says that she is going to try to be a little more relaxed and have fun. "Less thinking and more doing," is the motto that she is going to go on with.

Vanessa seems to be having a rough time with Tres at first. She is worried that he is not ready for marriage after their discussion the other day. She broke down crying as she talked to Dr. Joseph Cilona, the psychologist expert for the show, on Skype. She suggests that he might be doing this on a whim. Dr. Cilona reassures her that Tres is ready for marriage and that it is to take some time to develop the trust.

They enjoy snorkeling later, holding hands while in the water, and still seem to be the only couple who have any physical bonding at all. Later, they enjoy some more private time together, and Vanessa seems more relaxed about their relationship and admits that the chemistry is still there. She tells him that she appreciates all the work he puts into their relationship.

The romantic sparks seemingly fly at the end of the episode for them- although, Vanessa says they probably won't consumate their marriage- they are probably closer to that point than any other couple.

"One reason we felt Sam was a good match for Neil was that Sam is very frank and direct communicator and I think that's a great fit to Neil's passive personality," says Dr. Joseph Cilona. The opposite seems to be true at this point.

Sam gets a toothache after eating something, and they head to the dentist on their honeymoon. Sam has nothing nice to say to Neil- poking fun at the speed he gets ready, what shoes he is wearing, calling his backpack a "murse," and criticizing his driving. Sam tells Neil that she is too aggressive for his personality, and that all previous relationships have been with guys who are dominant. "He's a vanilla wafer, and I'm like a Samoa cookie!" she tells the camera.

While playing tetherball, Sam gets mad because Neil called her "fake," and Neil finally releases his frustration at her attacks on his manhood. Sam says that she would have apologized if he had told her at the time that it bothered him. They later work out their conflict and promise to work on their communication and start off again as friends.

Their bond increases at the end of the episode, when they were driving back from an unromantic time at the fireworks and Sam turned into the wrong lane, nearly putting them into a head-on collision. Sam appreciated the calmness in Neil's reaction in the moment. "I think he saved my life," she says. The scene ends with them hugging.
