Matriarch of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting" reality television show, Michelle Duggar, shared in her most recent blog a life-lesson moment from years ago when she said she felt completely overwhelmed at 1 a.m. while folding laundry, and threw herself toward God.

"I cried aloud, 'Lord, I need your help, I can't do it all! I feel so inadequate! Diapers, dishes, laundry, meals, cleanup, school lessons, baths, hugs, kisses, correction," she stated, as she mentioned her to-do list seemed to go on and on.

Duggar said, "Then it was as if a still small voice said, 'Michelle, it's easy to praise me when things are going good, but are you willing to praise me now?'"

Immediately the scripture that states "Offer up a sacrifice of praise," came to her mind, she remembered.

"I said, 'OK Lord, I will praise you even now! It really is a sacrifice!"

Through tears Duggar said she began to sing, "The joy of the Lord is my strength." She said in her heart there was a release as if a burden had been lifted.

She said she finished the laundry at 2 a.m., and went to bed.

Days later, Duggar was at the home of their family's piano teacher at 7 a.m., trying to catch up on paperwork while her children were taking their lessons. Instead, she said she kept drifting off to sleep. The teacher noticed her nodding off and asked if she was OK,  

When she told her she was just tired from staying up late to finish laundry, the teacher said she actually enjoyed doing laundry and that she would be glad to come and help. For the past 12 years, the piano teacher has helped with their laundry, twice a week. Duggar said they consider the teacher a part of their family and lovingly call her "NaNa."

Duggar said God sent "an angel" in answer to her cry for help.

God is faithful to hear the humble cries of his children, said Duggar. "Humble thyself in the sight of the Lord and He will lift you up."

Duggar said God lifted her burden, which was literally mountains of laundry, and freed her to meet the more urgent needs of her family. "Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto Him be glory..."

"Remember mothers, where God guides He provides!" excluded Duggar.
