The Blackhawks had an easier time coming into Eastern Conference second round.

Defending Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks eliminated the St. Louis Blues after a dominating 5-1 win in Game 6 on Sunday. They have come back from a 2-0 deficit to proceed to the Second Round Playoffs.

The Wild are coming into Second Round with a close match 4-3 series win over the Colorado Avalanche. Even in their last game, the Wild barely won with 1 point in overtime.

While the Wild and Blackhawks may differ in how they are coming into tonight's match, the most recent matches between the two teams showed that the Wild have an upper-hand, winning three of five games against the Blackhawks in regular season.

But the Blackhawks defeated the Wild in five games in 2013 Western Conference Quarterfinals. This second round matchups are the second straight year the two teams collide in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

One thing for sure is that if Wild wants to win they have to figure out a way to score past Blackhawks' goalie Corey Crawford, who had in the last six games allowed only 14 goals and blocked 215 shots against the goal, a 93.5 percentage save average.
