The Avalanche beat Wild in Game 1 with a 5-4 overtime in Game 1 on Thursday. The Avalanche trailed 4-2 but made a comeback through taking advantage of Wild's mistakes.

The Wild had the puck in its possession before each Colorado goal in the third period and was unable to clear the zone, according to NHL.com. Forward Jason Pominville hit the post in overtime. Last year, Jason Zucker made the same mistake in Game 1 against the Chicago Blackhawks, who won shortly after and went on to win the series in five games.

Wild goaltender Darcy Kuemper will be back as the backup to Ilya Bryzgalov. Meanwhile, Forward Jason Zucker, defenseman Keith Ballard and goaltender Josh Harding and Niklas Backstrom are out for injuries or sickness.

The Wild vs. Avalanche game 2 will be available on TV/Broadband/Mobile through NHL GameCenter Live, a subscription service offering streaming video of live out-of-market, regular season games, and on-demand replays.
