"More than Imagination" LCMS Triennial Youth Gathering Draws 35,000 Youth to Orlando

More than 35,000 youth from over 20 countries gathered for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod’s National Youth Gathering in Orlando Florida. The ninth triennial gathering, which began on July 24 and ended on July 28, featured events such as a 5-kilometer marathon, Audio-Adrenaline concert, dramas and a discussion on “Christian Porn”. The gathering, a part of the LCMS’s “Ablaze” mission effort to reach 100 million people with the word of Christ, was entitled “Beyond Imagination,” following the theme in Ephesians 3:20-21:

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen”
