With the upcoming September 29 release date of the much-anticipated video game NBA 2K16 is drawing near, with pre-orders coming in, details about the games features have been leaked by Microsoft SmartGlass app providing fans of the game a peak of what's in store for them.

Operation Sport said Microsoft has already removed all traces of the leaked information but it was able to get screenshots saved by a fan, @Droppin_Daggers.

The report said the new NBA 2K16 will have new never-before-been-introduced features in any of the previous NBA games, including the MyGM feature, which allows players to experience becoming a general manager of his chosen team in a simulated real-life experience.

With MyGM, players can gain experience that they can use to upgrade their team. As the players' level increase and acquires more experience, they can appoint themselves as a General Manager and have the authority to manage the team's finances, including setting gate prices to each games, sell hot dogs and soft drinks on the side stands. Neat.

Another unique feature of the NBA 2K16 is it allows players to use unsigned free-agents and rookies in-game as well as use college teams in the NBA game, said Crossmap.

CrossMap reported that players can even make use of unsigned free-agents and rookies in-game. The same article also said that the upcoming NBA game will also make use of college teams.

Those who pre-order the NBA 2K16 will get their copy four days earlier and receive perks, including to in-game bonuses such as $10,000 in virtual currency for NBA 2K16 and 35,000 virtual credits (VC) that they can use with their copy of NBA 2K15.

2K15 Locker Code, Tips and Cheats

Meanwhile, game publisher 2K Games has released a new set of Locker Codes for the NBA 2K15. The latest set of Locker Coder comes with only two new treats to offer. A report by Automobile said while the new set of Locker Codes may be limited, it will provide players vital resources because the codes introduce many new VC Points and also a new legendary unlock.

The report added that the Locker Codes are now available for players and have been tested to work on NBA 2K15 across all platforms. The new Locker Codes are:
