The Cleveland Cavaliers may be the top team in the Eastern Conference but the same could not be said of the group's status in the entire NBA. As things stand now, the LeBron James team has yet to prove their dominance over the Golden State Warriors. If the Stephen Curry team manage to beat the San Antonio Spurs and the other threats in the Western Conference, then the Cleveland Cavaliers will get another chance to claim the Larry O'Brien trophy.

Meanwhile, fans of the Klay Thompson team are confident that the Kyrie Irving squad does not stand a chance against the champions. However, it looks like the Cleveland Cavaliers might have just discovered a key star to beat the Stephen Curry dream team machine once and for all. Ironically, this star comes from the same DNA that made the Golden State Warriors MVP a phenomenal star. That is, LeBron James is reportedly targeting a contract to bring Seth Curry to the Cleveland Cavaliers soon.

The Sacramento Kings star had quite a limited season with the NBA. However, his last performances showed that he can be as explosive as his big brother. While another Gospel Herald report noted that the younger Curry is eyed as a potential addition to the Golden State Warriors, rumors are rife that the Cleveland Cavaliers might be a more attractive destination for Seth Curry.

While none is certain at this point, The Vertical cites league sources who claim to have insider knowledge of the guard's plans. The insiders reveal that the Sacramento Kings will have to up their offer to Seth since the star is set to decline his player option which is worth $1 million. This means that the DeMarcus Cousins team could have a Curry-free season in 2016-17 if the group fails to match the other offers to the future restricted free agent.

"Injuries and lost opportunities sent him in revolutions around the NBA, circling the league, even touching down for a time or two, but never sticking the way it was long presumed he would," Jason Buckland of SB Nation described Seth. He added, "One day he would be lighting up the NBA's D-League, so much better than his opponents he didn't seem to fit in. Then, upon promotion to teams like the Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers and Phoenix Suns, he would disappear and never see the court. As soon as he arrived in the NBA, sometimes even on the very same day, Curry was always sent right back down."

Prior to landing a contract with the Sacramento Kings, Seth had been under consideration for the Memphis Grizzlies, Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Orlando Magic, New Orleans Pelicans and Cleveland Cavaliers. The same teams are reportedly expressing interest once again in signing the brother of Stephen Curry for the next season. Where will Seth Curry land next NBA season? Will he be seen alongside big brother Stephen Curry in the Golden State Warriors roster? Or will the allure of working with the great LeBron James bring him to the Cleveland Cavaliers?
