Will LeBron James end his career with the Cleveland Cavaliers? The 32-year-old NBA superstar still has many fruitful playing years ahead of him and it's hard to imagine he can just dismiss the urge to explore the unlimited options before him - or the thrill of joining the famed Los Angeles Lakers and rub elbows with the legendary Magic Johnson.

It has to be the case if King James will switch uniform anew - he wouldn't want to pass up on the chance to work closely with Johnson, and that appears to be the plan that will unfold soon. It's certain that James will remain with the Cavs for Season 2017-18 but according to HollywoodLife.com "Cleveland is not LeBron's last stop in his NBA career." The report pointed to a LeBron James insider as source of its information.

It seems that win or lose, in the assumption that the Cavaliers will again figure in the 2018 NBA Finals showdown with the Golden State Warriors, James plans to keep hi door open come his free agency time July next year. That means Cleveland is not the final destination for King James.

The same source informed HollywoodLife that James is watching with keen interest the developments on the Lakers' camp. It's no secret that since assuming his role as president of basketball operations for the LA, Magic has set his sight on a rebuilding mission with the end-goal of making his old team a fearsome NBA championship contender again.

And in line with the mission of winning NBA titles again, Magic is obviously reconfiguring the Lakers into a Superteam. Clearly it was the chief intention with the recent acquisition of Lonzo Ball. Johnson said Ball is the new face of the Lakers and the team rebuilding will continue until the crew is capable of winning more games, secure playoffs slot and perhaps earn a ticket to the Finals.

All these things James is keeping an eye on "to see how the team gets better," the same source told HollywoodLife.com.

Now James suiting up for the Lakers is certainly a blockbuster scenario and former team member Rick Fox is upbeat on the prospect of LA eventually adding King James on the team roster. Fox is convinced LeBron will prove a natural fit in Los Angeles, the Lakers Nation reported.

With the core of the Golden State Warriors largely intact, it seems unlikely that James will win an NBA ring again with the Cavaliers so the next step for him is to improve his chance of getting a shot again for a title, and more is preferred. So playing with the Lakers is a tempting possibility with James and more so if Magic could find a way to lure Paul George away from the Oklahoma City Thunder by next year, the report added.

If indeed James is jumping ship again in time for the 2018 free agency, The Big Lead said only three destinations make sense for King James. One would be the Philadelphia 76ers as the team is ripe for rebuilding and James can take full control of the club like he does with Cleveland.

Then there's the Boston Celtics that lately have been on a ramped up building mode. Currently, the team boasts of two All-Stars in Isaiah Thomas and Gordon Heyward. James becoming part of the team could easily make the Green Team a serious NBA title contender by Season 2018-19. And James donning the Celtics jersey will only further soup up his legacy - he will be playing after all with the NBA's winningest team.

But the glitter of Hollywood could prove too strong for James to resist and he just might end up with the soon-to-be Superteam that the Los Angeles Lakers is.
