Kevin Love is probably the biggest name left on the NBA market this year, and there are really two teams that most people view as front runners left in the Love lottery.  

Lebron James has revealed a lot of Miami Heat fans as really fans of wherever "He-at", as he is projected to boost the Cleveland economy by about $500 million dollars since he decided to return home.  Carmelo Anthony is staying in New York, and Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade are going to stay in Miami.  

Trade talks between the Timberwolves and Golden State Warriors had seemingly fizzled out, but according to Jon Krawczynski of the Associated Press, those talks are picking up again.

"The Minnesota Timberwolves and Golden State Warriors have reopened trade talks for All-Star forward Kevin Love, a person with knowledge of the situation told The Associated Press on Tuesday," Krawczynski writes.

He mentioned that although they have not made the talks public, meeting face to face in Las Vegas for the summer league games has helped invigorate the discussions.  

It's long been thought that the hitch in the deal for the Warriors was giving up Klay Thompson, a player they view as integral to their success, and one who star Steph Curry has become close with.  

The other team left in the Love mix is the Cleveland Cavaliers, and all those "he-at" fans, and the possibility to play wherever "he-at" has to make that deal a little sweeter.  Love saw what happened in Miami when James showed up, and thinking about the chance to play with James and young stand out  Kyrie Irving has to be enticing.  

The Timberwolves are obviously not interested in letting go of Love for nothing, and they know his value now that most of the other big players have made their calls.  

From the Cavs, they are reportedly asking that first round pick Andrew Wiggins be part of the deal, and Cleveland is trying to find a way around that.  

Adding Love to either the Cavs or the Warriors makes them a serious contender in the East or the West; It's really a matter of which team wants it more this season, and is willing to pull the trigger to make it happen. The Twolves are not going to get nothing in return, becuase they know whoever gets their guy has a great chance at making the NBA Finals next year.  If the Cavs put him in their previously mention group, then they are probably the favorite in the East right from the jump.
