The Gonzaga Bulldogs and the North Carolina Tar Heels are facing each other in what could be the most highly anticipated games in college basketball. As the NCAA Final Four 2017 series comes to an end, the two No. 1 seeds from both divisions are going to head to head for the championship. While the Nigel Williams-Goss and his teammates are dubbed as early favorites this season, this notion may not last for long.

The NCAA Final Four 2017 series has been marred with exciting ups and downs especially for the two teams. Throughout the season, the Gonzaga Bulldogs have been heavily criticized over their inability to carry on amid adversities. As first timers in the championship, many believe that Przemek Karnowski and his squad will choke. That is, their passion and determination to take home the championship over the North Carolina Tar Heels could easily fizzle and die out mid-game. Could this be true?

"The journey we've been on has just been unreal. And we just never stopped believing and we've had the utmost confidence in ourselves the entire season long," shared Nigel Williams-Goss of the Gonzaga Bulldogs following their victory over the South Carolina Gamecocks.

He added, "I guess they were making comments that we were the most nervous team in the tournament. And, you know, we just heard everything this year -- we've heard the conference, we've heard we haven't played tight games, that we're not tough, we've heard everything."

Rumors are rife that the Gonzaga Bulldogs could potentially lose the NCAA Final Four 2017 championship due to a bad case of nerves. Detractors of the team also think that leaders Nigel Williams-Goss and Przemek Karnowski would eventually fall back to becoming less aggressive in the court. That is, the group is feared to get into the game "not hungry" enough for a title.

Meanwhile, the North Carolina Tar Heels are anticipated to struggle in the early part of the NCAA Final Four 2017 championship match. Experts predict that the 2016 runner-up team will face difficulties in terms of keeping up with the pace of the Gonzaga Bulldogs. However, many think that Joel Berry II team will be able to rise to the occasion and bring home the championship once and for all.

"North Carolina was a No. 1 seed a year ago too, and that experience of two straight trips to the Final Four and the hunger to win it all after falling just short last season is a clear advantage," noted OddsShark.

What do you think? Will the Gonzaga Bulldogs fall victim to their nerves in the NCAA Final Four 2017 championship? Or will the North Carolina Tar Heels once again fail to bring home the championship for a second year in a row?
