Netflix is planning on spending billions to produce original content, and 2016 will be quite a year for original content, and not only will old favorites return like House of Cards Season 4, Fuller House, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Season 2, Orange is the New Black Season 4, but much original content, and listed here are the release dates. 

• February 11: Love. According to Collider, there will be ten episodes of this series staring Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rust. This is a relational comedy by Judd Apatow, who is known for his racy romantic comedies like Forgetting Sarah Marshall and the recent Trainwreck.
• February 26: Fuller House. DJ Tanner-Fuller is back as a single mom and Candace Cameron Bure will be back along with some members of the original cast as well as some new characters to make this revisiting back to Full House even more...Full. You can read our most recent article about it here.
• March 4: House of Cards. Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) is back as now he is President of the United States, but what will he have to do to keep it that way. The audience may or may not want to find out.
• March 11: Flaked. This show stars Will Arnett as a "self-appointed guru who falls for the object of his best friend's fascination", according to Variety. The eight-episode comedy was developed by Arnett as well as Mitch Hurwitz, the creator of the series Arrested Development, so it will probably have that type of humor.
• April 1: The Ranch. Ashton Kutcher returns to television in a sibling comedy with Danny Masterson, Elisha Cuthbert, and Sam Elliott. Kutcher plays a semi-pro footballer who runs a family ranch business with brother played by Masterson. Unlike most Netflix shows, this program plans to air 10 episodes for a half a season, and then do the rest later, according to Deadline.
• April 15: Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Season 2). Ellie Kemper is back for another season as the woman rescued from a doomsday cult to start her life over again in New York City. Chances are, there will be more comic hijinks in store as she is slowly becoming adjusted to life in the 21^st century.
• May 5: Marseille. This is a French political drama that features a race to become the Mayor of Marseille, with veteran Gerard Depardieu in the lead.
• May 6: Grace and Frankie (Season 2). Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin are back as the title characters about two women coping with the fact that their respective husbands were once lovers.
• June 17: Orange Is the New Black (Season 4). The female inmates of Litchfield penitentiary are back for more prison drama and comedy and you can learn more about what to expect from them here.
• July 15: Stranger Things. This new supernatural drama is from the Duffer brothers and is about a mystery surrounding a boy who vanishes and the ever-expanding government conspiracy that unravels in its wake, according to The Wrap.
• August 12: The Get Down. Baz Luhrmann is known for musical films like Moulin Rouge, and he will be doing a musical series set in the '70s about a group of rag-tag South Bronx teenagers.

Also on the agenda, but with no release date announced is Jessica Jones, Season 2. Krysten Ritter will make a comeback as the tough, alcoholic superhero with no mask and serious PTSD as Netflix develops its Defenders Universe.
