Jacksonville Jaguars head out west to face the San Diego Chargers at 4:00 on Sunday at QualComm Stadium.  Many in San Diego think this could be their year, while Jacksonville is still searching for answers this season. You can check the game out on CBS, or via live stream on one of the links listed below.

On Offense, expect the Chargers to continue to be heavy on Philip Rivers to a range of targets like Tight End Antonio Gates, or Wide receiver Keenan Allen.   So far Rivers has a passer rating hovering just over 108, and the he has 6 touchdown passes, and 778 yards.  If Rivers throws a touchdown pass this week, it will be his 24th game in a row with a scoring pass; a team record. Gates has pulled in three of those td's this year, and has 185 yards.  Receiver Eddie Royal has caught 2 touchdowns, and would love to add to that total this week.  The Chargers offense suffered a blow when starting running back Danny Woodhead broke his leg, but they have filled his spot with a committee of others who have done enough. Regardless, The Jags defense will be put to a major test on the road this week.

On Defense, Pass Rusher Dwight Freeney is finding his own with the Chargers, and Brandon Flowers has really helped the secondary.  Safety Eric Weddle has been a major contributor, also.  They look to harass new Jacksonville quarterback Blake Bortles this week in his first start.

Fans have been calling for Bortles to get his chance at the helm in Jacksonville, and it looks like the time has finally come.  the rookie quarterback, and the third overall pick in this year's draft,  entered the second half of last Sunday's game against the Colts and threw for 223 yards on 14 of 24 passing, with two TDs and two INTs.  Bortles is one of four rookies expected to start for Jacksonville this week on offense,  in addition to center Luke Bowanko, guard Brandon Linder and wide receiver Allen Robinson.

The Jags are clearly trying to come up with a winning line-up, as nothing so far has worked.

The game will be on CBS, or you can check it out via live stream at NFL Sunday Ticket.  If you want to listen online or on the radio, the Jags broadcast at WHOO 1080 AM, or check out the Chargers' broadcast at KLSD 1360 AM.
