Tim Tebow is truly full of surprises. When the football star is not busy working the mic as a sportscaster, it looks like he spends his spare time impersonating Sylvester Stallone in "Rocky." Fans of the Christian star are in for a treat as the former Philadelphia Eagles hopeful struts on stage in full boxing icon regalia. Moreover, Tebow is anticipated to show off his dancing skills as he attempts to beat Nina Dobrev of "Vampire Diaries" fame in the widely watched "Lip Sync Battle."

Tebow surprised the members of the audience as he worked the stage to pull off a believable rendition of "Eye of the Tiger" as Stallone's Rocky Balboa. In a sneak peek of the "Lip Sync Battle" featuring Tebow and Dobrev, the football star is seen exercising using a jump rope to kick off his number.

A very sweaty Tebow, who is lip syncing while doing the "Rocky" workout routine, shows off his athleticism on stage as he executes perfect jump rope techniques - moves that impressed Chrissy Teigen. LL Cool J's co-host and wife of John Legend is seen cheering for the football star in the sideline.

Maintaining eye contact with the audience members, Tebow then unzips his sweatshirt to reveal his statuesque physique. Sporting a white fitted tank top, the former Denver Broncos star continues with his "Lip Sync Battle" number. Tebow is seen punching a chunk of meat hanging nearby. He is then joined by a group of backup dancers.

Tebow is subsequently seen executing some smooth dance moves in the form of a boxing routine which feature jabs and punches in the air. With his sweaty look, white tank top dirtied a bit for authenticity, jogging pants and red headband, the Christian athlete appeared extremely convincing in his attempt to look like Rocky.

The NFL hopeful is also a master of working the crowd as he leans over the audience to touch hands with his fans. Teigen also joins in the fun by wearing a pair of pink boxing gloves while watching Tebow's performance. The "Lip Sync Battle" co-host also adds to the number's credibility by ringing the bell a few times while Tebow struts on stage.

Apart from Tebow, other athletes have been invited as guests on the show. The list includes Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Deion Sanders. Los Angeles Lakers star Nick Young also had a showdown with fiancee Iggy Azalea on the show. "Lip Sync Battle" also became a hotbed for pop stars and other celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Emily Blunt and Jennifer Lopez.

"Lip Sync Battle" airs on Spike TV every Thursday at 10:00 pm EST.
