The Indianapolis Colts has posted their most recent injury report for the week prior to Sunday's match versus the Miami Dolphins. Veteran quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is listed as "probable" for the upcoming game, along with wide receiver Donte Moncrief and safety Colt Anderson.

Colts head coach Chuck Pagano reportedly told the 40-year-old quarterback not to play, but the latter turned down the offer and insisted on his willingness to play. He was a full participant during the team's practice in the past week.

Hasselbeck has already been dealing with rib, back, and neck injuries before sustaining a new jaw injury that briefly knocked him out of his team's recent loss against the Houston Texans. Early last week, he was already limited to a strict "liquid diet" to address his latest injury.

Should he proceed with facing off against the Dolphins this weekend, it will be his eight start for the season. Indianapolis has 4-0 standing in Hasselbeck's first four starts. The 17-year veteran has struggled in the last three games, all of which were losses. In last week's defeat by the Texans, Hasselbeck finished 17 of 30 passes for 147 yards, a single touchdown with one interception, and a passer rating of 66.9.

Other players featured in Indianapolis' recent injury report includes wide receiver Donte Moncrief (toe), inside linebacker Josh McNary (groin), and safety Colt Anderson (ankle) who are all listed as "questionable." The two players ruled out are safety Winston Guy (hamstring/shoulder) and quarterback Andrew Luck (abdomen/kidney). Aside from Hasselbeck, inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman (hamstring), tight end Jack Doyle (toe), outside linebacker Erik Walden (foot) and inside linebacker D'Qwell Jackson (quad) are also labeled as "probable."

Moving on from the team's present roster, former Colts running back Zurlon Tipton was arrested on Friday morning for allegedly firing an assault rifle in a Greenwood, Ind. neighborhood.

The 25-year-old Tipton was arrested by local police at around 1 a.m. following numerous calls about gunshots, according to the Indy Star. In a press release, Greenwood police mentioned that Tipton told them he responded to threatening text messages from his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend.

The police said Tipton fired a round from an AR-15 assault rifle while standing in the driveway of his girlfriend's residence. The ex-boyfriend was reportedly not present at the house when the commotion happened. Tipton is then charged with "criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon" and was taken to the Johnson County Jail. He was released on a $3,000 bond shortly after.

The free agent running back was waived by the Indianapolis Colts on December 21. He had played in only 10 games this season and had been on and off the roster and practice squad for past two seasons.
