Fans cannot wait to get their hands on "No Man's Sky," especially since it has been reported that it will have a total of 18 quintillions, very different, worlds. With its release date around the corner, here is a roundup of the reports and rumors on "No Man's Sky." 

According to Crossmap, "No Man's Sky" will be released on June 2016. Still a few months to go, but not totally unreachable either. Moreover, the game will be released not only for PS4 consoles, there is a huge possibility that it will also be released for PC and Xbox One gamers as well.

More excitingly, the game may also be made available in VR headgears such as the Oculus Rift and PlayStation VR, as reported by Gamesradar. Sean Murray's interview with the site seems to have confirmed this. "I don't know what I'm allowed to say, it's something we're thinking about. Morpheus, Oculus... There's nothing cooler and sci-fi than VR and a big procedural universe. I think that, for the people who want just to explore, and even for the space combat and things like that, it would be a good fit. Let's put it that way," Murray said. 

Murray's interview with IGN, on the other hand, released some more details on what fans should expect from the game. Apart from different planets, the game is said to feature different stars as well. "We have a variety of different types of star, some of which are super rare, and you'll start to realize they'll tend to offer certain opportunities. In the videos already out there, as I zoom through the Galactic Map, you get glimpses of different types, sizes, and colors of stars, and, more interestingly, different formations," he explained.

Aside from stars, the game will also enable players to experience different weathers. Players can also interact with different factions and have them as allies. "Factions will become friends with you if you help them out, maybe by defending them against an attack from a warring faction or a pirate attack. Perhaps if you're attacked and they're around, they'll come and help you in return, or maybe they'll give you preferential treatment as a trader," he explained.

Murray assured fans that the game will be a fun one, despite all these grand features. He explained that the company made sure it always remembers "No Man Sky" is a game and not just a simulation.
