Going into Week 16 of 2013 NFL regular season, the Chargers are ranked fourth in pass yards and 3rd in AFC West division. San Diego's quarterback Philip Rivers has led his team with 28 pass touchdowns at 4,048 yards.

While possessing a strong offense, the Chargers have not been able to stay afloat as they've lost 7-of-14 games. On the defense side, the team based in Southern California is ranked fourth highest in pass yards and yards yielded per game. Their rush defense is also lagging behind at 19th place in the league.

Meanwhile, the Raiders is ranked 4th in AFC West. While their rush yards is ranked 4th in the league, their quarterback/running back Terrelle Pryor only has five touchdowns at 1,579 pass yards and 2 rush touchdowns at 527 rush yards. Running back Rashad Jennings has 6 touchdowns at 679 yards.

According to the teams' offense and defense stats comparison, Chargers have performed better offensively and defensively. The prediction is that Rivers will dominate the field with his pass plays, winning the game against the Raiders.
