By Josh Wilson

Phoenix Suns vs. Houston Rockets game on Dec. 4 will start at 5 p.m. PT (8 p.m. ET). The (9-9) Suns will be visiting the (13-6) Rockets at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Fans can watch the game online through live stream (details below).

The No. 1 offensive team Rockets was winning five in a row and eight of nine before losing 109-103 at Western Conference-worst Utah on Monday This was very surprising to many as Houston beat the Southwest Division-leading San Antonio 113-106 two days earlier.

"We just didn't defend. We go through mental lapses where we don't lock down on the defensive end. We gave up too many points to fight our way back," said guard James Harden, the NBA.com reported.

The Rockets is ranked 11th in the league (101.6) for points allowed per 100 possessions.

Since returning from a right sore foot, Harden has scored 68 points and dishing out 14 assists while reaching 53.7 percent from the field in the last two games. He had a season-high 37 points against the Jazz.

The Rockets have won four of five at home against Phoenix, and forward Chadler Parsons may return tonight after getting sidelined Monday for back spasms. He scored 24 points with seven assists against Suns on April 15.

Moreover, Houston has the highest Free Throw rate at 41.7 percent.

The Suns have kicked off this season with a strong start and have shown potential through players such as Goran Dragic and Channing Frye. According to Jason Friedman from Rockets.com, Dragic leads the Suns in scoring at 111 points per 100 possessions, a rate that would top the entire league. When Dragic partners with Frye, the Suns have posted a offensive rating of 113.8. Through their pick-and-pop plays, Dragic is able to cut through the defense into the key while Frye's shoots 3s at 43 percent this season so far.

Moreover, Phoenix allow the fourth fewest 3s per game of any team in the NBA, and they stand second in the category of preventing shots from corner trey - just behind the league's top defensive team Indiana Pacers.

After the disappointing loss to Jazz, the Rockets will have to adjust with several players sidelined from injuries, including Jeremy Lin, Greg Smith, and Omer Asik.

Although Chandler Parson was reported shooting around this morning, he is still feeling tightness in his back from the recurring back spasms that have lingered for almost a month now, the Rockets.com reported.

Suns vs. Rockets game will be televised locally on Fox Sports Arizona (FSAZ) and Comcast SportsNet Houston (CSNH), and HD quality live stream can be accessed on mobile/TV/broadband through NBA League Pass, which gives access to over 40 live games a week.
