As American Pastor Saeed Abedini marked his 1,000 days in captivity in Iran or nearly three years suffering in prison, the Pray for Pastor Saeed Abedini, the official Facebook page calling for the immediate release of the Christian Pastor, has released a music video posted on YouTube to call for more action and urge public pressure.

The music video that was posted on June 23, has already generated more than 8,000 views and hundreds of message of support offering prayers and demanding the release of Pastor Saeed.

The Pray for Pastor Saeed Abedini posted on its Facebook page, "The kids have been listening to this Music Video that we have been a part of non-stop. Yesterday Jacob and Rebecca were yelling out the car window and on the sidewalk to anyone who would listen 'please help free Saeed!'"

YouTube user sunybandrick, commented, "What a wonderful video! You guys are awesome! Brought tears to my eyes. God bless you.  #FreeSaeed."  Peter Bellingham commented, "Thank you for producing this song on behalf of Saeed.  The world is not worthy of men like him."

While Roselle Musachia joined the growing public sentiment asking for Saeed's liberty. "Free Saeed. Let's pray for him."

Message of support are also pouring for the campaign to free Pastor Saaed. Nancy Crews, a supporter of the Pray for Pastor Saeed Abedini, commented, "May God protect Jacob and Rebecca's hearts. Father keep their faith and hope in you. The Lord Never fails to keep His promises and He says that when we call upon Him, He will answer. He says anything we ask in His name believing, He will do. He says, that if two or more agree on anything He will do it. In His timing, may He grant the requests of your heart! May they soon feel their daddy's embrace and may you all enjoy the laughter of play together soon! In Jesus Name!"

Pam Morris said she loved the music video and added she believes that the Lord would eventually free Pastor Saeed.

Debra Swangim-VanMarter wrote to Pastor Saeed's family, "I pray for his release. I did not care for a rap video. I do not consider rap a Christian type of music but I would accept that. What I find sad is that Obama speaks in this video. He hates Christians. Every word he speaks is a lie. I will continue to pray for the release of Pastor Saeed but I can not share this video."

Pastor Saeed was arrested in Iran in 2012 while working on an orphanage when he was unexpectedly taken into custody by Iran's Revolutionary Guard. He was convicted of undermining the national security of Iran for gathering with Christians in private homes in 2013 and was sentenced to eight years in prison. His supporters claim Pastor Saeed was jailed by the Iranian authorities simply because he was Christian.

Early this month, Iranian prisoners attacked Pastor Saeed in an unprovoked manner. Prison guards intervened after he called out for help.

According to Jordan Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice, Abedini was punched in the face near his left eye and nose. The prisoners also managed to destroy a small table he was using to study and read.

"Pastor Saeed suffered injuries to his face - his eyes beaten black and blue," Sekulow wrote. "He was able to be seen briefly by a prison doctor, and thankfully he did not receive any broken bones."

Sekulow reported that the pastor has undergone previous beatings in the three years he's been in prison from both fellow prisoners and guards.

"He has sustained internal injuries that require surgery. With each beating, his condition worsens," Sekulow wrote.

His wife, Naghmeh, expressed concern that she was "not just worried about his physical pain, but his psychological [pain]."
